RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At RESET SKIN CO., we are committed to quality, product integrity, and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.
1. General Policy
Because our products are personal care and cosmetic items, returns are accepted only in limited circumstances and in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
2. Eligible Returns
A return request may be accepted only if:
- The product was delivered damaged;
- The product received was incorrect;
- The product is defective upon arrival;
- A return is required under applicable law.
Any approved request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery unless a shorter notification period is required for damaged goods.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Unsealed products
- Products purchased by mistake
- Change of mind
- Personal preference (texture, scent, results expectation, etc.)
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse, improper storage, or mishandling
4. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Failure to notify within a reasonable time may affect eligibility for resolution where permitted by law.
5. Return Authorization
Returns are not accepted without prior written approval.
Do not send any item back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
6. Refund Resolution
If your claim is approved, RESET SKIN CO. may choose the most appropriate remedy permitted by law, including:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund
7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer except where the product is confirmed damaged, incorrect, or defective.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before processing or fulfillment begins. Once processed, shipped, or fulfilled, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
